Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your preferred garden bench to the cart, and proceed to checkout using PayPal.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging whenever possible.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
